  • Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing, invoicing, tax collection (acts as Merchant of Record and independent data controller for transaction data). See Paddle’s Privacy Notice for how they handle your payment information.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security
  • Email provider — transactional emails (confirmations, reminders)
  • Analytics — anonymized usage data (only with your consent)

All processors are GDPR/UK GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements.

Paddle as Data Controller

When you make a payment, Paddle collects and processes your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) as an independent data controller. Rendevo does not store or have access to your full payment card details. We only receive confirmation of subscription status, customer ID, and transaction references from Paddle.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active + 30 days after deletion
  • Billing data: retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Usage data: anonymized after 26 months
  • Contact form data: retained for 90 days or until processed

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability — export your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
