Refund Policy — Rendevo

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Rendevo subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record). When you purchase a subscription, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply alongside these terms.

2. General Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is consistent with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

If you are not satisfied with Rendevo, you may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Statutory Rights (EU/EEA/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your initial purchase. This right:

  • Applies to the first payment of a new subscription only (not to automatic renewals, except UK annual subscriptions)
  • Does not apply if you have given express consent to begin using the service immediately and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right
  • Is processed via the same payment method within 14 days of approval

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@rendevo.com within 14 days of purchase.

4. Other Statutory Rights

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy and any Supplier policy. This includes:

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Rendevo first: Email support@rendevo.com with your account email and reason
  2. Paddle receipt: You may also click the refund/support link in your Paddle payment confirmation email
  3. Resolution: We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, Paddle processes it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Product Defects

If the Service has a material technical defect that prevents you from using it, contact us first at support@rendevo.com. If not resolved, you may contact Paddle directly. Paddle will process refunds for material defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Effect of a Refund

If you receive a refund, access to your paid plan features will cease immediately. Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

8. What Is Not Refundable

  • Partial billing periods after the cooling-off window
  • Automatic renewals (unless statutory rights apply as described in §3–4)
  • Subscriptions where the service was fully used during the billing period
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests

9. Cancellation (No Refund)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining days. You retain full access until the period ends.
