Terms of Service — Rendevo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rendevo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rendevo provides a lead qualification and meeting scheduling platform (“the Platform”). The Service allows users to create qualification funnels, manage bookings, and route leads to team members.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account at app.rendevo.com. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Plans

The Service is offered under multiple subscription plans (Free, Pro, Team, Agency) as described on our Pricing page.

5.2 Merchant of Record

All paid transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply in addition to these Terms. Paddle handles invoicing, sales tax/VAT collection, payment processing, and refunds.

5.3 Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD ($). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to your initial subscription term until you cancel.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining days. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

5.5 Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable. For statutory cooling-off rights and refund procedures, see our Refund Policy.

5.6 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate.

5.7 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until the next renewal. If consent is required by law, we will request it before applying a price increase.

5.8 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be cancelled and access to paid features revoked. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Vimatech Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendevo (Vimatech Ltd) and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any losses relating to third-party services (including Paddle’s payment services)
• Any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence or wilful intent, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

Payment processing: Paddle’s liability for payment services is governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. We are not responsible for Paddle’s services, outages, or payment failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rendevo, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
